Eucalyptus 10ml

Eucalyptus essential oil is very popular during the winter months as it is applied directly onto tissues and breathed in to help clear nasal passages. It can also be applied directly on to your pillow at night to help in the same way. It can be applied directly on tom the skin in a base carrier oil or used in a steam inhalator. (A word of caution only apply 1-2 drops into the water as it is very strong and can quite easily burn the tender membranes in the nose and will sting your eyes)
It is well known for its incredibly fresh and invigorating aroma. Eucalyptus may be helpful in promoting clarity of thought as well as helping to open the nasal passages.
